Mission
You will support the HR Department in the core HR areas as Administration, Contracts, Payroll, Training and Reporting by providing a high level of quality and accuracy to our stakeholders, being the first point of contact for the staff.
Main responsibilities
HR Administration
- Manage the employees HR queries in different matters (payroll, HR procedures, leasing contracts , absences, social security, insurances...)
- Support the HR department in the on-boarding and off-boarding HR administration process and along the employee life-cycle.
- Ensure the daily administration and HR operational duties (staff data file, time management, contracts...).
- Support on the recruitment process.
Payroll
- Coordinate with the different payroll providers the monthly payroll process ensuring a high quality standards.
- Manage the monthly payroll benefits.
- Support on the payroll monthly controls and related accountancy process.
Training
- Follow up of the administrative processes and requirements related with the training programs.
- Manage the training registrar and provide support on the annual INFPC request.
Reporting & Projects
- Support the HR team on transversal or local HR projects.
- Setup and maintenance of a HR reporting database.
Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg labor law, the CBA and Luxembourg's social security procedures.
- Strong knowledge in database IT tools (Access / Excel).
- Minimum previous experience of 3 years in a similar position.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills (literate and verbally) in English and French (German, Portuguese are an asset).
- Strong sense managing confidential information, personal data and private affairs in all times.
- Able to work independently with high level of reliability. Team player spirit.
- Flexible and "can-do" attitude with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

You are a good listener who understands the client’s requests and are eager to be their partner. Your social skills make you move with ease at all levels of big financial organizations. You are able to work on an autonomous way and are result-driven. You are fluent in Dutch and English. You have a sound knowledge of the Dutch social sensitivities. A keen look at Private Markets Products and Solutions would be considered as a plus.
Education
- Education: Master Degree
- Certification: Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources
- IT Tools: Strong knowledge in Access and Excel
Experience
- Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
- Experience required: A first experience of about 3-5 years in a similar position is required.
- Experience in private banking: Preferred
